Agreement To These Terms

These terms govern your use of https://redswrecker.com and your engagement of Red's Wrecker Service for towing, roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services. By using this site or requesting service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request service.

What We Provide

We provide light and medium duty towing, roadside assistance and winch-out recovery in Spartanburg County and the surrounding Upstate of South Carolina. We do not guarantee that we can serve every location or every vehicle type. If a job is outside what we can do, we will tell you when you call.

Quotes And Pricing

Any price we give you over the phone is based on the information you provide us at that time — the location of the vehicle, the vehicle type, whether it rolls, how it is sitting and where it is going. If the situation on arrival differs materially from what was described, the price may change, and we will tell you before we begin work. Quotes are estimates until work is agreed on site, are given free of charge, and place you under no obligation to proceed.

Arrival Times

Any arrival window we give you is an estimate made in good faith based on where our truck is, where you are, traffic and weather. It is not a guarantee. We do not accept liability for losses arising from a delay in arrival.

Your Vehicle And Your Property

You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorised to request its removal. We may ask for identification or proof of ownership, particularly for lockouts.

Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before it is transported where you are able to do so. We are not responsible for personal property left in or on a vehicle.

Condition Of The Vehicle

Some vehicles are already damaged, modified, lowered, corroded or immobilised in ways that make loading and transport inherently risky. We will use reasonable care at all times. Where a vehicle's existing condition, position or modifications create a risk of further damage, we will point that out before we begin, and proceeding is your decision.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the job unless we have agreed otherwise in advance. Where a vehicle is released to a third party such as a repair facility, responsibility for payment remains with the person who requested the service unless agreed otherwise.

Insurance And Third-Party Claims

Where an insurer, motor club or roadside programme has dispatched us on your behalf, their coverage terms and limits are between you and them. If their coverage does not extend to the full cost of the work, the balance remains payable by you.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South Carolina law, our liability arising from any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost income, missed appointments or loss of use of a vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law
